We sometimes get so caught up in fear it’s hard to remember all we have to be grateful for, and yet there’s an array of things–an abundance. 

Begin today thinking of the words of Mother Teresa, “Do not let the past disturb you, just leave everything in the Sacred Heart and begin again in joy.”

Even the smallest of misunderstandings can grow into a web of confusion and hurt feelings. Has some issue in your life felt like a knot that only grows tighter?

Today can you notice when you are rushing to get through a task? It’s tiring and ultimately unsustainable. Psalm 46:10 offers as a salve some of the most familiar yet beautiful words : “Be still and know that I am God!”

Look around your life today. Can you see how God is right here? Can you tell that you don’t have to wait for anything else to happen?
