Sister Michelle Balek, OSF

Michelle Balek, OSF, is a Dubuque Franciscan sister. She has experience working in secular, civic, and faith-based as well as local, national, and international organizations. She currently ministers as a member of the congregation's Charism Team, coordinating the Franciscan Common Venture volunteer service program. Michelle holds an MA in Sustainable Development from World Learning, School for International Training. She has a passion for God's creation, Franciscanism, giving service, advocacy, and music.
