Reflect
When Mary and Joseph presented Jesus in the Temple, they brought a small offering of turtledoves. This humble offering was one that poorer families could afford to bring with them. The Holy Family brought the little they had when consecrating their son to God. Are there situations, fears, or people we can bring to God as our own humble offering? What do we need to offer up for God to handle?
Pray
Dear God, sometimes life feels too messy, hard, or confusing.
It feels like I have nothing to offer you except my frustration or complaints.
However, I can offer any situation in my life
for you to deal with.
Help me give you everything in my life.
Amen.
Act
Ask Jesus to reveal the situations or people I need to offer up and present to him.
