Reflect
Sometimes in faith circles it can feel like there is a message that there is a “particular” way to be a Catholic woman. If for some reason you do not fit the mold, you are not exactly a part of the inner crowd. However, Edith Stein is a woman for all women because her life teaches us there is no one way to be a Catholic woman in the world.
Pray
Edith, my sister, you lived a rich and full life as a single woman
before eventually entering the convent.
You pursued your passions
of writing, speaking, and giving lectures.
Thank you for being an example
that living an abundant life is freely and fully being myself.
Amen.
