Reflect
We will all suffer from grief at some point in our lives. At times it can feel like an all-encompassing, heavy blanket. Other times it may feel a bit lighter. But it never goes away.
Pray
Dear God,
help me to find comfort and light
when I’m mired in the darkness of grief.
Help me find the joy in the past
so that I can shine it on the present moment
and reclaim it.
Remind me that those I have loved and lost
are wrapped in your loving embrace
and always with me.
Amen.
Act
Look through photographs as a way to reconnect with people you love who have died. Use the images to serve as a connection with that person and embrace the memories.
