Reflect
We are told as children not to be afraid of the dark. As we grow in age and wisdom, however, we understand that terrible things lurk in dark corners. May this prayer be a light to your path.
Pray
Dear God,
My journey is beset
with darkness
and uncertainty.
I ask that you be my light in this life,
a remedy to my fear,
and a shepherd
when I am lost.
Give my heart the peace
that only you can provide.
Amen.
