Reflect
When Jesus tells us “take my yoke upon you and learn from me,” he is telling us he wants to carry our heavy burdens in life. Jesus can handle it, and he desires us to lean on him with our needs and concerns.
Pray
Dear Jesus, grow in me my need for you.
Help me know that there is no heavy burden in my life
too much for you to deal with.
You are the rest I so desperately long for and look for in life.
Help me find a rest and peace in your Sacred Heart
which always burns with love for me.
Amen.

Choose one day this coming week to truly rest and have a Sabbath with Jesus.
