Having exercised my right to vote, today I wonder whether I chose well. I hear and read of many disagreements and struggles, even inability to come to good decisions for the country.

We quarrel over laws, ordinances, even petty customs.
Return us to a land of harmony.
Bless us as we try to be good citizens.
Help us respect the rights of all our neighbors.
