Given the state of the world, it’s easy to be mired in grief. But lightness and grace surround us. We just have to look for them.
Pray
Dear God, I come to you
low and beaten down
by the misery that
blankets my heart and our world.
I seek for the light because
I know that’s where you are.
Give me the strength to
lift myself up and find you.
Give me the courage to
leave the darkness behind me
and journey to where you are.
Amen.
