Reflect
Curiously, within his prophecies, the prophet Micah expresses a sentiment of finding light in the Lord. Sometimes I like to notice a handful of gentle lights and think of God—and remind myself that he is my light too.
Pray
Holy Micah, please talk to God for me today.
Ask him to help me to see light and hope,
even on my darkest days.
Act
After turning off the lights one night, or before rolling out of bed some morning, look for shards, dots, or glimmers of light. Take a moment or two to remember that the Lord is your light.
