Reflect
On this solemn day we remember the ultimate sacrifice that Christ made for us. Knowing that he was willing to die for us is a profound message of how much we are loved. The challenge is to live out our lives as an expression of that love.
Pray
Dear God, your suffering and death on the cross
was the ultimate sacrifice on our behalf.
When you offered up your life we were reminded
of the depths of your love for us.
May we live our lives in a way that honors that sacrifice.

If possible, attend a Good Friday service. If you’re not able, take some time to reflect on today’s reading from the Gospel of John 18:1-19:42.
